Jorogga ships to destinations around the world. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery in 4–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited shipping: Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Free standard shipping: Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard shipping fee: Orders below $60 are charged a $10 standard shipping fee.

  • Expedited shipping fee: Orders totaling $0–$99.99 are charged a $15 expedited shipping fee when expedited shipping is selected.

  • Free expedited shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free expedited shipping.

Shipping thresholds are calculated before taxes and after discounts. Available shipping options and final charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays and Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. If we learn that your order cannot ship within the stated processing time, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and information about your options. U.S. sellers must follow applicable requirements when an order cannot ship within the promised time.
